Invented and implemented the creative concept  7 NOTES of PAULIG SUCCESS, based on the book about development of leadership skills. We combined two formats: creative team building and gala dinner. Established communication between employees of 5 offices from different cities. Employees were informed about the importance of teamwork and personal qualities.
